On May 8, the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies (CQĐTW) held the First Conference of the Standing Committee and the Conference of the Party Committee Executive Committee.
At the first Executive Committee meeting, delegates listened to the announcement of the Secretariat's Decision appointing the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee for the term 2025-2030.
According to the decision, the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee for the term 2025-2030 includes 9 personnel. Mr. Nguyen Quang Truong - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Agencies holds the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Central Agencies for the term 2025-2030.
Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Central Agencies for the term 2025-2030 includes personnel: Tran Thi Hien - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee; Nguyen Khac Tien - Member of the Party Committee Executive Committee, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Central Agencies for the term 2020-2025; Nhu Quang Canh - Deputy Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of Central Agencies for the term 2020-2025.
Speaking to direct at the conference, Politburo Member, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu - Secretary of the Party Committee of Central Agencies noted that Party committees at all levels should urgently lead, coordinate leadership, and direct the concretization and effective implementation of resolutions, conclusions, and regulations of the 2nd Central Conference and the contents approved by the Conference according to the functions and tasks of each agency and unit.
Continue to focus on effectively implementing the Resolution of Party Congresses at all levels, especially key and breakthrough tasks, ensuring clear people, clear tasks, clear progress, substance, avoiding formality.
Emphasizing that in the current context, strategic advisory work requires very high quality, ensuring timeliness, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat requests leaders and party members to continue to further improve the quality of strategic advisory work, quality of appraisal, quality of criticism; proactively research and propose major issues, promptly handle new and complex issues, meeting task requirements.
Strengthen discipline and order; uphold the responsibility of setting an example, especially the head; strictly implement regulations on political and ideological work; comprehensively promote all aspects of Party building, building a truly clean and comprehensively strong Party Committee.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat also requested to strictly implement the Conclusion Notice of Supervision of the Politburo and the Secretariat (Notice No. 02-TB/TW dated March 28, 2026); seriously deploy the 2nd inspection phase. At the same time, review and advise on completing functions and tasks, and continue to streamline the internal organizational structure of agencies and units.
For newly received Party committees, the Standing Committee of the Secretariat proposed to review the organizational structure, functions, tasks and report to competent authorities; proactively coordinate and exchange regularly with the Party Committee and directly affiliated Party committees to organize the effective implementation of tasks.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat requested the members of the Party Committee Executive Committee to promote their assigned roles and responsibilities; strengthen leadership, direction, inspection, urging, and guidance for units to properly perform their assigned functions and tasks.
