Warning in the next 6 hours, the above provinces will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall commonly in Lai Chau, Dien Bien, Son La and Lao Cai from 20 - 50mm, in some places over 70mm; Tuyen Quang and Cao Bang from 10 - 30mm, in some places over 50mm.
