The soil moisture model shows that some areas in the Northern provinces have nearly saturated (over 85%) or reached a state of saturation.
Warning that in the next 3-6 hours, the Northern provinces will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall commonly from 20 - 40mm, in some places over 70mm.
