The strongest wind near the storm center is level 12 (118-133 km/h), gusting to level 15. The storm is moving north-northwest at a speed of about 10 km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move north-northeast at a speed of 10-15 km/h. At 4:00 a.m. on November 12, the center of the storm was at about 22.2 degrees north latitude; 119.2 degrees east longitude, in the sea east of the North East Sea. Strong wind level 12, gust level 15.

The dangerous area in the East Sea during this period is the area north of the 17.5 km north latitude and east of the 116 km east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 for the eastern sea area of the North East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the storm will continue to move northeast at a speed of about 15 km/h and weaken into a tropical depression. At 4:00 a.m. on November 13, the center of the tropical depression was at about 24.3 degrees north latitude; 122.2 degrees east longitude, in the sea east of Taiwan (China). Strong wind level 7, gust level 9. The danger zone during this period is the area north of the latitude of 20 degrees north latitude and east of the longitude of 116.5 degrees east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 for the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 60 hours, the tropical depression will continue to move northeast at a speed of about 25 km/h and weaken into a low pressure area in the northeastern sea of Taiwan (China), with winds below level 6.
