At 1:00 p.m. on December 1, the center of the storm was at about 14 degrees north latitude; 111.1 degrees east longitude, in the northwest sea of the central East Sea, about 200km east of the east coast of Gia Lai province. The intensity will continue to weaken, with strong winds of level 8-9, gusting to level 12.
The danger zone is from 12 degrees north latitude to 15.5 degrees north latitude; west of the longitude 114 degrees east longitude. Level 3 natural disaster risk for the northwestern sea area of the central East Sea, the offshore sea area of the provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak.
From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move slowly in the west-southwest direction at a speed of about 5km/h and continue to weaken.
At sea, the sea area west of the central East Sea (including the sea area northwest of Truong Sa special zone) has strong winds of level 7-9; the area near the storm's center has strong winds of level 10, gusts of level 12-13; waves 3-5m high, the area near the storm's center has 6-8m; the sea is very rough.
