It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, storm No. 4 will move east-southeast, at a speed of about 10km/h.

The danger zone is determined to be from 15 to 18.5 degrees north latitude, east of 116.5 degrees east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 with the affected area being the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move northeast at a speed of 20-25km/h.
At 10:00 on July 25, the center of the storm was at about 18.4 degrees north latitude; 121.7 degrees east longitude, in the area north of Luzon Island (Philippines). Strong wind level 8, gust level 10.
The danger zone is between 15 and 19 degrees north latitude, east of 117.5 degrees east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3 with the affected area being the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea.
It is forecasted that in the next 36 hours, the storm will continue to move northeast at a speed of 25-30km/h and gradually weaken into a low pressure area.
At 10:00 p.m. on July 25, the center of the low pressure area was at about 21.8 degrees north latitude; 124 degrees east longitude; intensity below level 6.
Regarding the impact of the storm, the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea will have strong winds of level 7-8, near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 9-10, gusting to level 12. Waves are 4 to 6 meters high, very rough seas. Ship operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by thunderstorms, whirlwinds, strong winds, and large waves.
