The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9 (75 - 88km/h), gusting to level 11. The storm is moving south-southeast at a speed of about 15km/h.

It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, the storm will move eastward at a speed of about 10km/h.
At 7:00 p.m. on July 24, the center of the storm was at about 16.3 degrees north latitude; 119.5 degrees east longitude, in the eastern sea of the northern East Sea. The strongest wind near the storm center is level 9-10, gusting to level 12.

The dangerous area in the East Sea is between 15 and 19 degrees north latitude; east 117.5 degrees east longitude. The natural disaster risk level is level 3. The affected area is the sea area east of the northern East Sea.
It is forecasted that in the next 48 hours, the storm will continue to move northeast at a speed of 25-30km/h and gradually weaken into a low pressure area.
At 7:00 a.m. on July 26, the center of the low pressure area was at about 23.4 degrees north latitude; 125.0 degrees east longitude, with an intensity below level 6.
Regarding the impact of storm No. 4, the eastern sea area of the northern East Sea will have strong winds of level 7-8, near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 9-10, gusting to level 12.
