Updated bulletin issued at 4:30 PM on September 19 from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the past 16 hours (from 0:00 AM to 4:00 PM on September 19), the area of provinces/cities from Nghe An to Hue had moderate to heavy to very heavy rain such as Chau Loc 67.2mm observation station (Nghe An); Thuong Tuy Lake 109.2mm (Ha Tinh); Truong Xuan 213.4mm (Quang Tri); Binh Tien 74.8mm (Hue city)...

In the past 2 hours (from 2 pm to 4 pm on September 19), Gia Lai province had moderate to heavy rain such as Ia Hrung Hydropower Observatory 52.8mm, Ia Kha 37.2mm...

The soil moisture model shows that some areas in the above provinces/cities have been near saturation (over 85%) or reached saturation status.

Warning in the next 6 hours, the above provinces/cities will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall commonly in Nghe An and Quang Tri from 10 - 20mm, in some places over 40mm; Ha Tinh from 20 - 40mm, in some places over 70mm; Hue city from 10 - 20mm, in some places over 50mm; Gia Lai from 5 - 10mm, in some places over 30mm.
