At sea, the area from Quang Tri to Phu Yen and the central East Sea will have strong northeast winds of level 6-7, gusting to level 8-9, with waves 2-4.5m high. The sea area from Khanh Hoa to Binh Thuan will have similar strong winds, waves 2-4.5m high, and rough seas. Ships are advised not to go out to sea, especially the Quang Nam sea area which is at risk of natural disasters at level 2-3.
Coastal areas from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa need to be on guard against strong winds, big waves, and serious coastal erosion. Coastal erosion has occurred in Da Nang and other provinces, affecting infrastructure and tourist areas. Cua Dai (Hoi An), Cua Lo (Nui Thanh) and the Quang Ngai coast are at high risk of erosion.
The Central provinces all have rain, moderate rain, some places have heavy rain.
