From the afternoon of August 4th to the end of August 6th, the Northern region and provinces from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh will experience a period of moderate to heavy rain, with locally very heavy rain in some places. The total rainfall for the whole period is expected to be commonly 100 - 200mm, locally over 300mm with rain concentrated mainly in the late afternoon, night and morning.
