This rain will cause localized flooding for some streets with the largest flooding depth commonly from 0.2 - 0.4m, some places will be flooded deeper. The flooding time is about 1 - 3 hours, some places are flooded longer. Warning about flooding in some low-lying areas in the suburbs.
