Forecast in the next 72 hours, the storm is moving east at a speed of 5km/h. At 10:00 on October 29, the center of the storm is at about 15.8 degrees north latitude - 110.3 degrees east longitude; over the sea of ​​the Central Central provinces.

From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move mainly eastward at 5-10km per hour, and its intensity will continue to weaken.

Heavy rain from Quang Binh to Quang Ngai
