Other areas will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; Binh Dinh and Phu Yen will have moderate rain, with some areas experiencing heavy to very heavy rain. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.

From Ha Tinh to Phu Yen, from the day and night of November 27 to 28, there is forecast to be moderate rain, locally heavy to very heavy rain and thunderstorms. From November 29, there will be scattered rain in the Central Central region. The North Central region will be cold; from November 29 to December 5, it will be cold at night and in the morning.
The Central Highlands and the South are forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms from November 28 to December 5. Thunderstorms are likely to cause tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.
