The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for the night of December 19th and February 20th in regions across the country.
The Northern region has light rain in some places, early morning fog and light fog scattered; especially mountainous and midland areas have light rain scattered at night and in the morning. Cold weather, mountainous areas have places with deep cold.
The Southern region is sunny during the day, especially the East has hot sunny places.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 17-19 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 22-24 degrees C.
Cloudy, with rain in some places, early morning fog and light fog scattered. Northeast wind level 2-3. Cold weather.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 16-19 degrees C, in some places below 15 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 22-25 degrees C, in some places above 25 degrees C.
Cloudy, scattered light rain at night and in the morning. Light wind. Cold at night and in the morning, in some places very cold.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 16-19 degrees C, mountainous areas 13-16 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 21-24 degrees C, in some places above 24 degrees C.

Thanh Hoa to Hue

South Central Coast

The North is cloudy, with rain, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places; the South is cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places at night, sunny during the day. Northeast to easterly wind level 2-3. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Central Highlands
Lowest temperature: 18-21 degrees C, in some places below 18 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 26-29 degrees C, in some places above 29 degrees C.

Southern region
Lowest temperature: 22-25 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 32-35 degrees C, the East has places above 35 degrees C.
