In the early morning of February 20, the Investigation Police Agency of Lam Dong Provincial Police conducted an investigation into the case of a car dragging a motorbike and killing 1 person.
The incident occurred at about 0:00 on February 20 in Phan Thiet ward, Lam Dong province. At that time, many people discovered a car with license plate 86C-170. 68 dragging a motorbike with license plate 86L1-1215 in front of the car, heading from the intersection of Ton Duc Thang - Nguyen Tat Thanh streets to the internal road of Phan Thiet beach urban area.
The motorbike was dragged, friction with the road surface created sparks but no car fire occurred. Through inspection, at the intersection of Ton Duc Thang - Nguyen Tat Thanh streets, there was a victim lying motionless.
The victim was identified as Mr. L.V. C (born 1970, residing in Phan Thiet ward) and was the person on the motorbike dragged. The ambulance took Mr. C to the emergency room, but the victim died.
