The Department of Hydrometeorology, Ministry of Agriculture and Environment has published weather forecast information nationwide for the period from June 27, 2025 to July 2, 2025. This information is to serve the preparation and organization of the ceremony to announce resolutions and decisions of the Central and local governments related to the reorganization of the apparatus, administrative units at the provincial and commune levels to officially come into operation at the same time from July 1, 2025.
Northern region
From 27 - 28.6: The Northern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; the Northwest and Viet Bac regions will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain.
From the night of June 28 to July 2: The Northern region is likely to experience moderate to heavy rain, some places have very heavy rain; accompanied by a high risk of extreme weather phenomena such as tornadoes, lightning, flash floods, landslides, and flooding in low-lying areas.
Central region
From June 27 to July 2, the Central region will generally have little rain, sunny days, hot weather in some places; showers and thunderstorms in some places in the evening, especially in the mountainous areas west of Thanh Hoa and Nghe An on the evening of June 27, there will be local heavy rain.
Central Highlands and Southern region
On June 27, sunny days, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the evening, locally heavy rain.
From June 28 to June 30, sunny days, scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, with no signs of widespread heavy rain.
From July 1 to 2, the Central Highlands and the South will have rain, moderate rain, locally heavy to very heavy rain.
