Accordingly, the Northwest region and the provinces of Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen will continue to have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
Other places in the North, mountainous areas west of Thanh Hoa - Nghe An have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; tomorrow evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
