Tomorrow, December 14, the North and Thanh Hoa will have severe cold, with severe cold in mountainous areas. The lowest temperature will be from 11-14 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 8-11 degrees Celsius, and in high mountainous areas below 7 degrees Celsius.
The area from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa has moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
