Accordingly, the Northern region and Thanh Hoa will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, some places will have very heavy rain.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places, especially in the late afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places.
