The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (September 1) in areas across the country.
The Northern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; the midlands and plains will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the early morning, with some places having heavy rain.
The Central and Southern highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the afternoon and evening, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 25-27 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 31-33 degrees Celsius.

Northwest
