6 fireworks display locations in Hanoi
Hanoi will organize 6 fireworks display locations, of which 2 high-altitude display locations combined with low-altitude and fireworks are located in the Hoan Kiem Lake area - the heart of the capital, in front of the headquarters of Hanoi Moi Newspaper and in front of the Hanoi Post Office.
The remaining 4 locations will be deployed at Thong Nhat Park (Hai Ba Trung Ward); National Sports Complex (Nam Tu Liem Ward); Lac Long Quan Flower Garden (Tay Ho Ward) and Van Quan Lake (Ha Dong Ward).
Each location will mobilize about 600 high-altitude fireworks and 90 low-altitude fireworks displays, performing for 15 minutes, from 9:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. on September 2, 2025.
Ho Chi Minh City will have 4 locations for fireworks
At the same time, Ho Chi Minh City will also shine with 4 fireworks display locations including 3 high-altitude sites and 1 low-altitude site.
In which, high-altitude shooting spots are expected to take place at:
Saigon River tunnelhead area (An Khanh Ward)
New City center area (Binh Duong ward)
Bai Sau Central Square (Vung Tau Ward)
The only low-altitude shooting location is at Dam Sen Cultural Park (Binh Thoi Ward).
Like Hanoi, the fireworks display in Ho Chi Minh City will last 15 minutes, starting at 9pm.
Hung Yen
In Hung Yen, an art program and fireworks display to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2025) will take place from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on September 2 at Nguyen Van Linh Square, Pho Hien Ward and Ky Ba Park, Tran Lam Ward.
Quang Ninh
Quang Ninh will organize a high-altitude art and fireworks display with the theme "Quang Ninh - The glorious journey of 80 years with the country" taking place from 8:00 p.m. on August 29 at Sun Carnival Square, Bai Chay Ward.
Hai Phong
In Hai Phong, an art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam will take place at the East Cultural Center Square on the evening of September 2.
Hai Phong also organized fireworks displays in the Program at the City Theater Square and the Dong Quoc Cultural Center Square on the evening of September 2.
Thanh Hoa
The People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province issued Plan No. 171/KH-UBND on organizing art programs and low-altitude fireworks displays to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
According to the plan, the art program with the theme "Thanh Hoa - Proud of the country" will start from 8:00 p.m. on September 2 at Lam Son Square, Hac Thanh Ward. After the art program, the Provincial Military Command will host a low-altitude fireworks display lasting 15 minutes, starting from 9:30 p.m. to 9:45 p.m.
Ha Tinh
The People's Committee of Ha Tinh province has also issued a document agreeing to organize an art program and fireworks display to celebrate the 80th Anniversary of National Day on September 2.
Accordingly, the art program is scheduled to take place from 7:45 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on September 2, at Thanh Sen Square, Thanh Sen Ward, followed by a high-altitude fireworks display.
The fireworks display is expected to start at 9:00 p.m. on September 2, 2025, with a duration of no more than 15 minutes.
Quang Tri
Starting later at 9:50 p.m. on September 2, Quang Tri will organize fireworks displays at 2 locations: Ho Chi Minh Square (Dong Hoi Ward) and the Provincial Cultural and Cinema Center (Nam Dong Ha Ward) after the art program "Quang Tri - convergence and brilliance".
Gia Lai
Gia Lai province will organize a high-altitude fireworks display at Dai Doan Ket Square (Pleiku ward) at 9:30 p.m. on September 2, right after the special art program to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the successful August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
An Giang
The People's Committee of An Giang province will organize 2 low-altitude fireworks display locations to celebrate National Day 2.9 in Rach Gia ward and Phu Quoc special zone.
Dong Nai
According to the plan, to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2, Dong Nai will organize a special art program, performing lions - monks - dragons and fireworks to celebrate on the evening of September 2 and fireworks at Provincial Square Park (Tan Trieu Ward) and Suoi Cam Lake (Binh Phuoc Ward).
Tay Ninh
The People's Committee of Tay Ninh province will launch fireworks at 9:00 p.m. on September 2 in the central area of Long An and Tan Ninh wards to facilitate people's monitoring. It is expected that there will be 120 low-altitude fireworks displays lasting 15 minutes at each location.
Can Tho
Can Tho City is scheduled to organize fireworks displays at 9:30 p.m. on September 2 at 3 locations:
Tay Do Park, Hung Phu Ward, Can Tho City: High-altitude fireworks display.
Xa No Park, Vi Tan Ward, Can Tho City: Low-altitude fireworks display.
Urban area 5A, Phu Loi ward, Can Tho city: Low-altitude fireworks display.
Ca Mau:
Ca Mau will have 2 fireworks display locations to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.
The province will organize fireworks displays at Phan Ngoc Hien Square, An Xuyen Ward and Hung Vuong Square, Bac Lieu Ward at 8:30 p.m. on September 2.
