The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (July 20) in regions across the country.
The Northern region has scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; especially the mountainous and midland areas and Quang Ninh have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
The area from South Nghe An to Da Nang city and the east of provinces from Quang Ngai to Dak Lak will be hot, with intense heat in some places with the highest temperature commonly 35 - 37 degrees C, in some places above 38 degrees C.
The Southern region has showers and thunderstorms in some places, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and evening.
