The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (January 23) in regions across the country.
The Northern region has light rain in some places. It is very cold and harmful; especially in mountainous areas, it is harmful. High mountainous areas should be wary of frost and snow.
The area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang city and the eastern provinces from Quang Ngai to Gia Lai will have rain, showers, locally moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Southern region has showers in some places at night, sunny during the day.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 10-12 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 13-15 degrees C.
Cloudy, with light rain in some places. Northeast wind level 2-3. Very cold, severely cold weather.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 10-13 degrees C, in some places below 4 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 13-16 degrees C, especially in the Northwest region, there are places above 20 degrees C.
Cloudy, with light rain in some places. Light wind. Very cold, in some places severely cold; especially Dien Bien and Lai Chau are cold, in some places very cold. High mountainous areas should be wary of frost and snow.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 10-12 degrees C, mountainous areas 6-9 degrees C, high mountainous areas in some places below 3 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 13-16 degrees C.
Cloudy, with light rain in some places. Northeast wind level 2-3, coastal areas level 3-4. Very cold, severely cold weather; especially severely cold in mountainous areas. High mountainous areas should be wary of frost and snow.
Thanh Hoa to Hue
Lowest temperature: 14-17 degrees C, in the North there are places below 14 degrees C.
Highest temperature: North 16-19 degrees C; South 20-23 degrees C.
Cloudy, with rain, showers, locally moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms; especially Thanh Hoa has light rain in some places. North to northwest wind level 2-3. Cold weather.
South Central Coast
Lowest temperature: 19-22 degrees C, in the North there are places below 19 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 23-26 degrees C, in the South there are places above 27 degrees C.
The North is cloudy, with rain, scattered showers, locally moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms; the South is cloudy, with light rain in some places. Northeast wind level 2-3. The North is cold at night and early morning.
Central Highlands
Lowest temperature: 13-16 degrees C, in some places below 13 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 23-26 degrees C.
Cloudy, showers in some places at night, sunny during the day. Northeast wind level 2-3. Cold at night and in the morning.
Southern region
Lowest temperature: 20-23 degrees C, the East has places below 20 degrees C.
