The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tomorrow (February 25-) in the regions.
Accordingly, due to the impact of cold air, the North will be very cold, mountainous areas will be severely cold with the lowest temperature commonly from 11 - 13 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas from 9 - 11 degrees Celsius, high mountainous areas will be below 7 degrees Celsius. The North Central region will be cold, the North will have some places with the lowest temperature commonly from 13 - 16 degrees Celsius.
Due to the combined influence in the high-altitude westerly wind zone, the Northern and North Central regions will have rain, showers and thunderstorms in some places, locally moderate rain and heavy rain in some places.
The eastern Central Highlands will have rain, moderate rain, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms.
