The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tomorrow (October 28) in the regions.
Accordingly, the plains and coastal areas of the North will have scattered rain; cold at night and in the morning, with some places experiencing freezing temperatures. The lowest temperature in the North will be around 18 - 21 degrees Celsius.
The Central Highlands and the South have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; Kon Tum has heavy rain, locally very heavy rain.

Hanoi
Lowest temperature: 19-21 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 25-27 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy with scattered showers and rain. Northeast to north wind force 3. Cold at night and early morning.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 19-22 degrees Celsius, some places below 18 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 27-30 degrees Celsius, some places above 30 degrees Celsius.
Cloudy, some rain, especially in the Northwest, sunny in the afternoon. Light wind. Cold at night and early morning, some places are freezing.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 18-21 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas below 17 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 25-28 degrees Celsius, in some places above 28 degrees Celsius.

Cloudy, heavy rain in the North (Da Nang to Quang Ngai), locally very heavy rain; showers and thunderstorms in the South. Strong winds at night in the North at level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7-8; tomorrow the wind will gradually decrease; southwest winds at level 3-4 in the South.
Central Highlands
Lowest temperature: 15-18 degrees Celsius, some places in the South are above 18 degrees Celsius.
