The night and early morning will be cold, and the mountainous areas will be freezing.
The area from Ha Tinh to Binh Dinh and the Northern Central Highlands has moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain; especially the area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai has heavy to very heavy rain.
Other areas will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the Southern Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some heavy rain in some places, on the evening of October 27. Thunderstorms may include tornadoes, lightning, and strong gusts of wind.
