On October 28, the Central Inspection Committee (IC) Electronic Information Portal reported: In the first 9 months of 2024, Party committees and ICs at all levels in Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee have developed and implemented quite comprehensively the tasks according to the 2024 Inspection and Supervision Program.
Of which, the Standing Committee of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee inspected 10 party organizations and 9 party members; Party committees and affiliated party organizations inspected 341 party organizations and 988 party members; and supervised 2 party organizations and 2 party members.
Party committees at all levels inspected 3 party organizations when there were signs of violations; Party committees and affiliated party organizations supervised 237 party organizations and 609 party members.
Through inspection and supervision, Party committees at all levels and Party cells disciplined 6 Party organizations and 89 Party members; removed the names of 42 Party members and expelled 77 Party members from the Party.
Carrying out the key task of inspection when there are signs of violations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission inspected 1 party organization and supervised 3 party organizations; the lower-level Inspection Commission inspected 9 party organizations and 34 party members.
The Inspection Committee at all levels disciplined 1 party organization and 34 party members; at the same time, based on the Court's decision to exempt from criminal liability, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee promptly considered changing the disciplinary form for 2 party members (1 case from expulsion to reprimand and 1 case from warning to reprimand).
In addition, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission will verify the assets and income in 2024 of 42 cadres and party members who are required to declare their assets and income annually under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Regarding the tasks for the last 3 months of 2024, Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Committees at all levels in Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee continue to implement the 2024 Inspection and Supervision Program to ensure the set schedule.
Organize the dissemination and implementation of documents and instructions of the Central and the province on inspection and supervision work, focusing on Directive No. 35-CT/TW, dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo and Instruction No. 27-HD/BTCTW, dated August 26, 2024 on Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
Timely and thoroughly resolve complaints and denunciations, especially those related to Party committee personnel and cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee, ensuring compliance with regulations.
