The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (July 28) in regions across the country.
The Northern region, the Central Highlands and the South have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, with locally very heavy rain.
Heavy rain and localized heavy rain are likely to cause flooding in low-lying areas, urban and industrial areas; flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 25-27 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 30-32 degrees C.
Cloudy, with moderate to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. Light wind. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Northwest
Lowest temperature: 23-26 degrees C, especially the Northwest region 22-24 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 30-32 degrees C, especially the Northwest region 27-30 degrees C.
Cloudy, with moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain. Light wind. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Northeast
Lowest temperature: 24-27 degrees C, mountainous areas in some places below 23 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 29-32 degrees C.
