Accordingly, the weather in the North, North Central, mountainous areas of the North will be very cold, with some places experiencing severe cold. The area from Quang Binh to Hue will be cold from the night of February 3.
The Northern and North Central regions have scattered rain and showers. The Central Central region has rain and showers, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Central Highlands region no rain at night, sunny during the day. Cold at night and early morning.

Lowest temperature: 14-16 degrees Celsius.

Northeast
