The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (July 4) in regions across the country.
The Northeast region tonight will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; tomorrow there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain, especially the Northeast region from tomorrow afternoon will have heavy to very heavy rain.
The Southern region has showers and thunderstorms in some places, especially in the late afternoon and evening there are scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain in some places.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 25-27 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 29-31 degrees C.
Cloudy, rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms at night, locally heavy rain; moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms during the day. Northeast wind level 2-3. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
Northwest

Northeast
Lowest temperature: 24-27 degrees C, mountainous areas in some places below 23 degrees C.
Highest temperature: 28-31 degrees C, in some places above 31 degrees C.
