Forecast for the next 24 hours, the tropical depression will move in a West-Northwest direction at a speed of about 10-15 km/h, with the possibility of strengthening into a storm.
By 7:00 AM on July 3rd, the storm center will be located at about 18.1 degrees North latitude - 110.9 degrees East longitude; over the sea area southeast of Hainan Island (China). The strongest wind near the storm center is strong at level 8-9, gusting at level 11-12.
The dangerous area is at about 16.5 degrees North latitude - 19 degrees North latitude; 109.5 degrees East longitude - 115 degrees East longitude. The disaster risk level is level 3 for the Northern East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa special zone).

The dangerous area is at about 17 degrees North latitude - 21 degrees North latitude; 107.5 degrees East longitude - 112 degrees East longitude. The disaster risk level is level 3 for the western sea area of the Northern East Sea (including the Hoang Sa special zone), the Northern Gulf area.
From the next 48 to 72 hours, the storm will move in a North-Northwest direction, moving about 15 km per hour and gradually weakening.
