The Northern region and Thanh Hoa have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; especially the Northeast region from the evening of July 3rd has moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.

The area from Nghe An to Hue city and the South Central Coast has showers and thunderstorms in some places; in the late afternoon and night there are scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain.

Central Highlands and Southern regions have showers and thunderstorms in some places, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and night, locally heavy to very heavy rain. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.

The area from Thanh Hoa to Hue city and the South Central Coast in the evening and night of July 4th will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; then showers and thunderstorms in some places.
