The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (August 5) in areas across the country.
In the mountainous and midland areas of the North, from the afternoon of August 5 to August 6, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with common rainfall of 30 - 80mm, locally over 150mm (rain concentrated in the evening and night).
Thanh Hoa and Nghe An areas in the evening and night of August 5 are likely to have scattered showers and thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain.
