To help people arrange plans for the holidays, the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has provided early forecasts about the weather situation across the country.
Weather forecast for the whole country during the Hung Kings Commemoration holiday
According to the meteorological agency, in the period from April 25-27, 2026 (ie from March 9-11 of the lunar calendar), the weather between regions will be relatively different.
The Northern region is cloudy, with rain, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places.
The area from Thanh Hoa to Hue city is cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places; especially on April 25, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms.
The South Central Coast, Central Highlands and Southern regions are cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in some places in the late afternoon and night, especially the Central Highlands in the late afternoon and evening of April 25 with scattered showers and thunderstorms; sunny during the day, hot sun in the South.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms are likely to occur with tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
In the Viet Tri area, Phu Tho province on April 25 (March 9th lunar calendar), it will be cloudy, sometimes with showers and thunderstorms, rain probability 60% and temperature around 23 - 28 degrees C.
On April 26 (March 10 lunar calendar), the probability of rain is about 60%, the temperature fluctuates from 24 - 30 degrees C.
On April 27 (March 11 lunar calendar), the probability of rain in Viet Tri, Phu Tho is 65% and the temperature is about 25 - 30 degrees Celsius.
