During the day and night of December 13, from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with common rainfall of 40 - 80mm, locally over 150mm.
In Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Central Highlands and the South, on the day and night of December 11, there is forecast to be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 10 - 20mm, locally over 40mm.
