After 1.5 days of urgent, serious, responsible, scientific work with the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Streamlining - Professional - Development", on the afternoon of June 26, the 1st Congress of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (VHTTDL), term 2025 - 2030, closed at the Opera House (Hanoi).
Speaking at the closing session of the Congress, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung - Secretary of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism for the 2025-2030 term - said that the success of the Congress is reflected in three aspects, first of all in terms of content.
In particular, the Congress focused on discussing with 11 quality opinions, with rich and diverse forms, clarifying the political participation content presented by the Party Executive Committee of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism; at the same time, it is responsible for giving comments on 2 important documents in the 14th National Party Congress and reporting on the Politics of the Government Party Executive Committee.
The above opinions will be accepted by the Presidium to continue to improve and send to competent authorities according to regulations.
According to Minister Nguyen Van Hung, the second success comes from the organization of the Congress, prepared early, from afar, carefully, objectively, scientifically, and implemented by the Presidium to ensure the correct content and script.
The third success is the richness of forms. In which, the consensus and high unity of the Party Committee is gathered, demonstrating the unity of the will and action; thereby creating a strength to express high determination, drastic action, and great expectations for us to carry out our tasks in the coming time.
From this Congress, we must open a new chapter in the development process, so that culture can truly develop, breakthrough tourism, information and communication will become a conduit of knowledge and connect the belief in keeping the Party with the people" - Mr. Nguyen Van Hung emphasized.
The Congress discussed and voted to pass the full text of the Resolution of the 1st Party Congress. In which, in addition to affirming the determination to successfully implement the goals set out in the political report, the consistent spirit that guides all actions of the Party Committee is: It is necessary to focus on building a clean, strong, united, disciplined, disciplined, responsible, determined, action-oriented, aspirational, dedicated, innovative, comprehensive development of Vietnamese culture and people in the new era of the nation. At the same time, it is imbued with the viewpoint: "Culture is the foundation - Information is the conductor - Sports are the strength - Tourism is the bridge connecting".
The Congress also sets a high requirement in the coming period, requiring a stronger breakthrough, we must not only "keep the rhythm" but also know how to create a "new rhythm" - that rhythm must be faster, higher, stronger and more decisive.
Therefore, it is required that each cadre and party member in the entire Party Committee, especially the manager, must have a vision, think deeply, and renew themselves and their organizations.
