According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from March 12-13, a wave of intensified cold air will shift eastward. This cold air wave will not cause temperature fluctuations in the North but will cause rain in some central provinces.
The Northern region from March 12 will generally have little rain, light fog in the morning, dry weather during the day, cold at night and in the morning, especially the Northwest region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places.
From the night of March 14th to March 16th, the mountainous area will have rain, scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. The delta and coastal areas in the East of the Northern region on March 15th are likely to have light rain, drizzle and fog.
Hanoi area from March 12 - 13. March, no rain, light fog in the early morning, sunny at noon and in the afternoon, cold at night and in the morning.
March 14, cloudy, morning and night fog and light fog, rain appears in some places.
From March 15th to 16th, there is a possibility of light rain, drizzle and fog in the early morning and night.
The North Central region from March 12 - 16, is forecast to have generally little rain, light fog scattered in the early morning, sunny in the afternoon.
The area from Quang Tri to the east of Gia Lai province from the night of the 12th to the 14th of March will have rain, in some places moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms.
The eastern area of provinces from Dak Lak to Lam Dong from March 12 - 16, generally little rain, sunny days.
The Central Highlands and Southern regions this week are generally less rainy, sunny days, especially the Southeast region has hot sunny places.
At sea, from March 12 to 14, 3 areas of the Northern East Sea (including Hoang Sa special zone) will have strong northeast winds of level 6, especially the northeast at times level 7, gusts of level 8 - 9, strong rough seas.
From the afternoon of December 12, 3 areas in the middle of the East Sea will gradually have strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8, rough seas, waves 2 - 4m high.
On March 13, the Gulf of Tonkin will gradually have strong northeast winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8, rough seas, then the wind will gradually weaken.
From March 12 - March 14, the sea area from Gia Lai to Ca Mau, the sea area west of the South East Sea (including the sea area west of Truong Sa special zone) will have strong northeast winds of level 6, gusts of level 7 - 8, rough seas; then the wind will gradually weaken.
