According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the Northern and North Central regions will maintain the weather pattern of rain in some places at night, sunny days until the end of October 13.
From about October 14 to 16, due to the impact of a cold air mass, the Northern and North Central regions are likely to have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. Temperatures also drop with the highest temperature of the day dropping below 30 degrees Celsius.
According to the temperature chart forecast for the next 10 days from the meteorological agency, in Hoan Kiem area, Hanoi, from October 10 to 13, the highest temperature will fluctuate between 32 - 33 degrees Celsius, the lowest will be 25 - 26 degrees Celsius, the weather will generally not rain.
On October 14, Hoan Kiem and Hanoi areas will have showers and thunderstorms, the daily temperature will decrease to 24 - 30 degrees Celsius. On October 15, this area will have moderate rain, the highest temperature will continue to drop to 26 degrees Celsius, the lowest temperature will remain at 24 degrees Celsius.
On October 16, the above area will continue to have moderate rain, the highest temperature will increase to 29 degrees Celsius, however, the lowest temperature will decrease to 23 degrees Celsius.
The area from Quang Tri to Hue city and the South Central Coast and the South today, October 10, is forecast to have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. The Southern region will have concentrated rain in the afternoon and at night.
Central Highlands has showers and scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
