The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting forecasts that the weather in the North in the next 2 days will be generally sunny.
The Northern and North Central regions will have rain in some places at night and sunny days.
The area from Quang Tri to Hue city and the South Central Coast and the South will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain. The Southern region will have concentrated rain in the afternoon and at night.
Central Highlands has showers and scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Weather trend forecast from the night of October 11 to October 19
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a statement on notable weather trends in some areas from the night of October 11 to October 19.
The Northern and North Central regions from about October 14 to 16 will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, with some places having heavy to very heavy rain.
Other areas from the night of October 11 to October 15 are forecast to have showers and scattered thunderstorms, with some places having heavy rain. From around October 16, the rain will tend to decrease.
