During the day and night of November 27, cold air continues to affect the Central Central region. Northeast winds inland are strong at level 3-4, coastal areas at level 4-5.
The North and North Central regions are cold. The lowest temperature is commonly from 16 - 18 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 12 - 14 degrees Celsius, in high mountainous areas below 10 degrees Celsius. The average temperature is about 18 - 20 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 16 - 18 degrees Celsius.
Hanoi area is cold. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is commonly 16 - 18 degrees Celsius.
Due to the influence of cold air, in the North Central and Central Central regions there is moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Localized heavy rains can cause flooding in low-lying areas; flash floods in small rivers and streams, and landslides on steep slopes.
During the day and night of November 28, the lowest temperatures in the North and North Central regions remained unchanged. However, the average temperature increased slightly, around 19 - 21 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 17 - 19 degrees Celsius.
From November 29, the North and North Central regions will have rain in some places, with intermittent sunshine during the day; temperatures will gradually increase. It will be cold at night and in the morning.

The sea area from Quang Tri to Binh Thuan and the northern sea area of the Central East Sea has strong northeast winds of level 6, sometimes level 7, gusting to level 8, rough seas, waves 2 - 4m high.
Strong winds and large waves at sea are likely to affect boating and other activities.
