Union members actively swept, collected garbage, cleared trees and grass, cared for flower beds, and cleaned the grounds at the Giap Luc Martyrs' Stele, Giap Bat Martyrs' Stele and the martyrs' grave area in Nam Du Ha People's Cemetery.

Sharing about the meaning of the activity, Mr. Nguyen Mau Thanh - Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Hoang Mai Ward Team Council said: "The activity of embellishing and offering incense at martyrs' memorial sites on the occasion of July 27 is an opportunity for union members and youth to express their deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland. This is also a practical action contributing to keeping the memorial sites always clean and solemn, and at the same time educating the tradition of patriotism, the morality of'When drinking water, remember the source' for the young generation.
