At about 10:10 am on July 4, during the storm duty, the task force of Cat Hai Border Guard Station urgently supported Ms. N.T. D (born in 2002, residing in group 2 Cat Ba, Cat Hai special zone) who had ruptured her membranes, moving from Cai Vieng ferry to Don Luong Hospital for emergency treatment. Thanks to the quick and timely coordination of the Border Guard force, the pregnant woman was taken to a safe medical facility.
In addition to supporting people on the shore, the work of ensuring security and safety at wharves, yards, and anchorage areas is also tightened, resolutely not allowing vehicles to go out to sea when the storm comes.
Currently, the City Border Guard maintains a strict number of on-duty troops. Rescue and relief vehicles have also been prepared to be ready to maneuver to perform tasks when situations arise. At the same time, the City Border Guard recommends that people not be negligent or subjective in the face of the complicated developments of the storm.
