Previously, P.T. N (resident of Lam Vien ward - Da Lat) was taken to Lam Dong Provincial General Hospital for emergency treatment due to blood clotting disorders, a very critical condition if not transfused blood in time.

Meanwhile, the blood reserve at the hospital is scarce due to the approaching Lunar New Year, not enough to meet emergency cases.

Immediately upon receiving information needing support, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Thanh Tuan and Private First Class Nguyen Nhu Phi (Mobile Police Department of Lam Dong Provincial Police) immediately arrived at the hospital, performed tests and donated blood according to professional procedures.

Before the above gesture, N's father wrote a thank-you letter to the Mobile Police Department and two officers and soldiers.

The letter reads: "Our family would like to express our deep gratitude to the unit and two comrades Tuan and Phi. Thank you to the unit for creating conditions for the comrades to be present at the hospital in time and donate blood to save my child.
