Hai Phong - On the morning of February 14, hundreds of workers boarded a bus to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet organized by the Trade Union of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd.

From 4 am, Ms. Vu Thi Loan, a worker at Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd., got up to prepare for her whole family to return to their hometown on a trade union bus. Ms. Loan has been working at Yazaki Co., Ltd. for 14 years now, and her husband is also working as a worker at VSIP Industrial Park. Every Tet, Ms. Loan and her husband take their 2 daughters back to their hometown to celebrate Tet with their paternal grandparents in Nho Quan commune, Ninh Binh province. With a bus organized by the company and trade union, Ms. Loan is less worried.

Ms. Loan shared that in the days leading up to Tet, people from far away hometowns are most afraid of having to jostle at bus stations and cram in passenger cars. Now that there is a car arranged by the company, Ms. Loan and her husband are more reassured. On the bus hometown to celebrate Tet with colleagues, the heartfelt words, inquiries, and happy stories on the days leading up to Tet also make the hundreds of kilometers of road back to hometown seem shorter.

It is known that this is the 19th year that Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. has organized a bus trip to take workers from distant provinces back to their hometowns for Tet. This year, 320 workers and their relatives can travel on a trade union bus to their hometowns in Bac Ninh, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh. The company and the company's trade union support 85% of the car rental cost (trade union 45%, company 40%), workers only have to pay the remaining 15% (about 20,000 - 50,000 VND), children under 3 years old are free. In case workers have permanent addresses in localities at least 150 km from the center of Hai Phong (with proof papers), the City Labor Federation will support bus tickets of 200,000 VND/ticket.

Previously, on February 12, the Trade Union of Bao Long Shoe Co., Ltd. organized 7 loving trips to take 250 union members and workers back to their hometowns in Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau... The Trade Union of Kien Hoa Dat Viet Pipe and Pill Co., Ltd. organized 5 trips to take 116 union members to localities in Lai Chau, Son La, Dien Bien... to celebrate Tet with their families.

Regina Miracle International Vietnam Co., Ltd. organizes 14 bus trips to take hundreds of workers and their relatives from Dien Bien, Son La, Lai Chau, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An provinces... back to their hometowns to reunite with their families during the Lunar New Year. According to company representatives, these bus trips are not only a means of transportation but also a sharing, concern and sincere gratitude sent to all employees. Through this, sending wishes to workers and their families to celebrate Tet in harmony, warmth, and "recharge" full of energy to be ready for a new year full of health, luck and success.
