On September 8, the Traffic Police Department, Gia Lai Provincial Police, said that the Working Group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 had just promptly supported a mother who was about to give birth to a safe hospital.
Previously, at around 11:20 p.m. on September 6, the Working Group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 1 was performing a patrol and control task at Km1611 on National Highway 14 (through Ia To commune).
At this time, the car with license plate 81A-352.74 traveling in the direction of Dak Lak - Gia Lai, carrying the pregnant woman Hoang Thi Thu Ha (born in 1992, residing in Ia Pia commune) who was about to give birth, approached the working group.
The driver said that the pregnant woman had a ruptured water, which was a danger to both mother and baby, and needed to quickly go to a medical facility for emergency care.
However, due to bad weather and dense fog, which limited visibility, the driver asked the police to help him guide him.
