According to the e-Portal (TTDT) of the Ministry of Public Security, during patrols and inspections on National Highway 51, the Traffic Police Task Force (CSGT) of Thai Intersection - Traffic Police Department of Dong Nai Provincial Police promptly opened the road, leading the vehicle carrying the stroke patient to the hospital for safe emergency treatment.
Previously, at about 3:10 pm on January 8, 2026, during patrols and controls to ensure traffic order and safety on National Highway 51 (section from Km00 to Km 37+500), the Task Force led by Lieutenant Colonel Le Cao Thanh Van as Team Leader and officers and soldiers were performing their duties.
When arriving at Km 27+800, National Highway 51, the Task Force discovered a brown 7-seater car, license plate 72A-644.86 driven by Mr. Tran Minh Tien, continuously signaling to ask for guidance to take the patient to the hospital for emergency treatment.
Faced with the emergency situation, Lieutenant Colonel Le Cao Thanh Van quickly reported and requested instructions from the Station Command, and at the same time organized the opening of turn signals, priority horns, and guidance for vehicles carrying patients to move as quickly as possible. At the same time, ensuring safety for vehicles participating in traffic on the route.
When arriving at the hospital, the patient, Mr. N.T.P (38 years old, residing in Phu My ward, Ho Chi Minh City), was admitted to the hospital in a state of stroke, in need of emergency treatment. Thanks to the support of the task force, the man was quickly taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. Immediately after that, the patient's family also sent thanks to the task force for enthusiastically supporting and helping people in time.
