White dolphins appear near Thanh Hoa beach

    Thanh Hoa - A herd of dolphins suddenly appeared in the area near Sam Son beach, including white dolphins.

    On January 11, many clips appeared on social networks recording the scene of a herd of dolphins swimming near Sam Son beach, Thanh Hoa province.

    According to research, the person who filmed the above clips is Mr. Bui Duc Ky. Mr. Ky said that the dolphin herd appeared at about 10:20 am on the same day, when he went on a canoe to stroll and cast nets to fish in the Sam Son sea area, he encountered the above scene.

    According to Mr. Ky, it is estimated that there are about 15 dolphins, each weighing more than 1 quintal, including a prominent white dolphin in the herd. The location of the fish herd appears very close to the shore, only a few hundred meters away.

    Many local fishermen said that dolphins have appeared in the Sam Son sea area before. However, the appearance of large numbers of dolphins and swimming close to the shore like this is a rare phenomenon.
