According to initial information, at about 6 pm on the same day, a male student from Ly Tu Trong High School was exercising in the Yersin Park area when he suddenly fainted on the spot.

Immediately after discovering the incident, the working group led by Major Nguyen Xuy Phang quickly approached the scene, coordinated with the people to give initial first aid and take the male student to a medical facility for emergency treatment.
