At about 9:20 am on June 5, during patrols and inspections to ensure traffic order and safety, the Order Police Team of An Phu Commune Police including Major Tran Van Tho and Captain Tran Van Doan discovered a traffic accident in the area.
At the scene, the police force discovered Mr. Sung Mi L (born in 1995, residing in Duong Thuong commune, Tuyen Quang province) on the way from An Luong village to Cam Ly village falling off his motorbike and being injured. Immediately, 2 police officers quickly approached, supported and used specialized vehicles to take Mr. L to Nam Sach Medical Center for timely emergency treatment.
Impressed by the sense of responsibility and dedication of the An Phu Commune Police officers, Mr. Sung Mi L and his family sent a letter of thanks to the Commune Police collective, and at the same time sent words of thanks to Major Tran Van Tho and Captain Tran Van Doan for promptly supporting and helping citizens in times of danger.
