At 2:30 PM on June 12, during patrols, inspections and resolving public order in the area, the Thanh Ha Commune Police Order Police Team discovered Mr. Do Xuan H (born in 1966, permanent residence in Dong Phan village, Ha Tay commune, Hai Phong city) lying unconscious on the road, on Provincial Road 390, belonging to village 1, Thanh Ha commune.
Immediately after discovering the incident, Thanh Ha Commune Police urgently coordinated with people to take Mr. H to the Commune Police car and take him to Thanh Ha Medical Center for emergency treatment. Initial verification showed that Mr. H was riding a bicycle participating in traffic when he suddenly fell to the road, unconscious. The Commune Police also contacted and notified Mr. H's family to coordinate care.
